SHIPPING TO EUROPE
Sadly, due to issues with GDPR and import charges, we have temporarily turned off European shipping.
To keep your bone china looking its best, wash soon after use and avoid scouring pads or harsh detergents. Leaving tea stains too long can cause discoloration. Bone china is not oven or freezer safe and should not be exposed to direct flame or rapid temperature changes.
If your item has platinum or metal decoration, avoid the dishwasher and clean gently with a soft cloth—no polishes or sharp tools. Avoid stacking pieces directly to prevent scratching.
Dishwasher use is only safe if metal-free: load items so they don’t touch, use a delicate cycle under 60ºC, and choose a gentle detergent. Remove promptly after the cycle ends to prevent film.
Microwave use is safe only for undecorated pieces and should not exceed three minutes.
For tough stains, soak in warm water or try a mix of baking soda, vinegar, and lemon juice. Always store in a dry place, lifting items rather than sliding to avoid surface scratches.
